Eximbank can provide its direct credits, refinance and interest rate support at CIRR (Commercial Interest Reference Rate) according the rules of the OECD Arrangement. The value of CIRR is calculated monthly and the changes enter into effect on the 15th day after the end of each month. The value of CIRR is fixed on the day of signing the loan agreement in case of buyer’s credit and prefinancing loan and on the day of acceptance of the commercial contract for financing in case of refinancing loan and buyer’s credit line and it remains fix during the entire financing period.
