As part of an investment of EUR 6 million, the fashion industry holding company Vanguards, established by GB & Partners Venture Capital Fund Management Ltd., which manages the EXIM Export Promotion Private Equity Fund, is expanding its portfolio with the SUNNEI brand in Milan.

As reported by the domestic and international press, the goal is to repeat the international success story of the Nanushka brand, which will grow from 700,000 EUR to 30 million in four years with the merger. Vanguards offers a kind of specialized knowledge sharing and an investment and management support system for the brands it manages (in addition to Nanushka and SUNNEI, which includes AERON) to help it enter the wholesale market – through its commercial strategy planning, marketing support and access to capital.
