„Due to the ever-changing pandemic constraints, there can be delays in payments even with those previously reliably paying export customers that are operating in traditionally rich European countries like Germany or Britain” – said Gergely Jákli, President and CEO of EXIM said on the Guest of the Day program of Trend FM. He also explained how the export credit insurance of EXIM covers these risks of the exporters even if they work with partners inside or outside the EU.

The listeners could also hear about the success of the EXIM Compensation Loan Program with its HUF 310 billion total volume of accepted loan applications by the second half of October. As the President and CEO said, one of the main reasons for this strong interest is the fact that we are facing a protracted economic recovery instead of a quick bounce.
